Will I really have the time for the benefit of stay and the destination ?
Of course, you will have maximum 1 consultation of 2 hours per day, so you will be able to benefit beaches, tourist, cultural and sports activities. One of our assistant will advice you on the available attractions in Tenerife, Barcelone or Budapest.
Approximately how much will my accommodation and flight cost ?
The answer depends on the departure of the airport. To give you an example from London Luton to Tenerife South, the return flight is roughly £90. For your accommodation, the most cost effective price we can offer is 29€ per night for the rent of an apartment for 2-3 person. So for a stay of 4-5 days stay it would cost about 200£.
How long do I have to stay around for my treatment ?
Usually one week. Some treatments may require more time, in this case the patient is recommended to stay for about 10 days.
How do I have to pay my dental bill ?
You can pay by cash or using any major credit or debit card, or by bank transfer, however kindly note the payment has to be done in EUROS.
How can I organise my Trip ?
The Smile Partner’s assistants in France are at your disposal to help you in the organization of your stay and your dental cares. To make it easier for you, we will make some researches of flight from the nearest airport to your home and we will inform you about the most cost effective flight alternatives. We offer you a choice of accommodation and apartments located close to our dental clinic, with negotiated prices.
How can I be confident in the dental expertise ?
Our dental surgeons are French and they have many years of experience. All of them are specialized in a specific dental field, like implantology, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontic dentistry, etc. The clinic is modern, state-of-the-art and fully-equipped with high tech material. Our medical team is fully qualified and enthusiastic.

Do I have to a pay registration or administration fee ?
No, our service is completely free of charge.
What medical liability insurance do the dental clinic carries ?
The clinic and all of our dentists carry the necessary and comprehensive liability insurance for membership of the Tenerife Chamber of Dentists.
Do the dentists and their team speak English ?
Our dentists, the dental team and our driver who will pick you up at the airport speak perfectly English. We are confident that the language will not cause any problems or misunderstandings. All speak several languages, including English, French, German and Spanish.
Why is dental treatment much cheaper in Canary Islands than in the UK ?
Generally speaking, life in Canary Islands is significantly cheaper than in the UK, taking into account both salaries and cost of living, and also because it is a tax-exempt place.
Can I have any refund from national or private insurance ?
It's important to note that your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) does not cover going abroad for planned treatment. First, you should discuss your plans with your doctor before you make any travel or medical arrangements. They will refer you to your local health commissioner who will discuss the options available to you.
How long do you need to organise my travel, accommodation and the first visit to the dentist ?
To organize your visit we require approximately 2 weeks. In an emergency we will do our best to be even quicker.
