Guarantee terms

In case of an eventual post-operative complication, the clinic takes in charge the cost of the treatment revival and of laboratory work to rectify the problem. In case of an implant failure, the placement of this one, and the new placement of a new implant (if possible) are covered by the guarantee.

The guarantee does not cover the temporary prosthesis or the root canal treatments.

The guarantee is valid only if the dentist has accomplished all the treatment.

Guarantees’ exercice

In case of post-operative complication, we invite you to inform the SMILE PARTNER’s team as soon as possible, the guarantee services will only be accomplished after the evaluation of the situation.

The restrictive conditions

The guarantee will be void or limited in the following circumstances : 

- If the patient neglects his/her oral care
- If the patient does not respect the post-operative instructions of the dental surgeon
- If the patient neglects the care of the definitive dental prosthesis

- If the patient does not respect the annual control consultation at a local dentist
- If the patient suffers from general pathology producing a deterioration of the oral state (diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis, chemotherapy, taken or loss of weight in a short  time, radiotherapy, grave or sports accident, emotional shock, high tobacco addiction...)

- If the patient does not pay the treatment in totality

- If the patient does not inform SMILE PARTNER or the clinic where he/she made his/her dental cares of the wish to use his/her guarantee.
