In the beginning I was horrified , so scared that I almost could not enter in the clinic. Dr Parra came to the waiting area and started to talk to me, which made me calm. He was very kind and did not force or rush me to start the treatment. During the crowning procedure they talked to me and even put on some music, so I can relax. I felt no pain at any stage of this one week, which is unbelievable. I cannot thank enough to Dr. Parra for his kindness.
